The hotel can handle all your transfers to and from the airport, as well as in-town transfers between Hotel Monteleone and the convention centre and other area destinations. An airport shuttle meets every flight at the Louis Armstrong International Airport. You should proceed from baggage claim to the transportation centre for shuttle service. It is charged at an additional cost of USD 13 per person each way. Driving Directions From Airport, Baton Rouge, Texas, etc.: - Take the I-10 East toward New Orleans Business District and Slidell. - Exit at the Superdome/Poydras Street (Exit 234B). - Proceed down the ramp and continue straight for 8 blocks, staying in the left hand lane. - Turn left onto Camp Street. - Continue on for 4 blocks to Canal Street (a big 2-way Boulevard). - Cross over Canal Street, which turns into Chartres Street (in the French Quarter). - Go 2 blocks on Chartres Street and turn left on Bienville Street. - Half-way down the street, you will see the garage entrance for Hotel Monteleone on the left.
