The Jin Jiang Tower's restaurants serve a delicious variety of food, prepared by the hotel's famous chefs. One of these is the Blue Heaven Revolving Restaurant on the 41st floor. It is also one of Shanghai's best vantage points for overlooking the city.

Taxis to the hotel from the station are charged at RMB 10. It is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the South Shanxi Metro Station. By Plane: Pudong International Airport is situated 48 km (30 miles) from the hotel. Taxis to the hotel from the airport are charged at RMB 150. Journey time: 50 minutes. Scheduled Pudong Airport shuttle buses are available to and from the hotel. Hongqiao International Airport is situated 14 km (8.8 miles) from the hotel. Taxis to the hotel from the airport are charged at RMB 35. Journey time: 20 minutes.
