For security purpose, guests have to use their room keys to open the elevator to the upper floor. It takes around 3 minutes walk from the East to West building. Both buildings have 24-hour reception service for guests to check in and check out. Hotel offers complimentary high tea coupons (maximum of 2 guests per room) for all guests. High tea is available from 12.00 - 9.00pm. However, this offer is not valid during the Canton Trade Fair period.
The hotel is located on Shamian Island, which is surrounded by the Pearl River. By Air: Taxis are available from the airport and reach the hotel in about 40 minutes. By Train: Taxis are available from the railway station and reach the hotel in about 15 minutes. Taxis are available from the East railway station and reach the hotel in about 25 minutes.
