The Hotel Brunelleschi originates from the recovered invaluable historic structures of the Byzantine tower named 'Pagliazza' and the medieval church of San Michele in Palchetto. The hotel has been completely reconstructed with respect to the architectural characteristics of the era and yet with the most modern services. Facilities include conference rooms for from 5 to 100 persons and a restaurant for exclusive dinners. A private museum, containing historical exhibits found during the reconstruction, is at the guests disposal.

On the first floor of Hotel Brunelleschi you can find one of the finest restaurants in Florence: the Santa Elisabetta restaurant, which is partly hidden in the quiet antique Byzantine tower. The restaurant will be happy to fulfill your requirements for an intimate dinner, a breakfast meeting, a wedding ceremony or a working lunch. The maitre will advise you about the a la carte menu, or compose a menu of samples for your special occasion. Travel information

By Car: From the A1 motorway: - Exit at Firenze Sud - After the toll, follow the road for another 4 km to the end. - At the traffic lights turn left, and follow the ‘lungarni’, along the Arno River. - After another 3 km the road bends to the right (VialeGiovanni Amendola). - Take the first road on the left (Viale Duca d’Abruzzi), and turn right at the end, crossing the road onto Via dell’Agnolo. - At the end, turn right in Via Verdi. At Piazza G.Salvemini, after the traffic lights, turn left into Via S. Egidio. - Take the 2nd left (Via de Servi), leading you into Piazza Duomo. - Turn left and follow the road into the Via del Proconsolo. From there, take the first right into Via del Corso. - From Via del Corso, take the 2nd right into Via S.Elisabetta, which leads you into Piazza S.Elisabetta, where Hotel Brunelleschi is situated.
