Lotus Grand Apartment is more than just a venue, it is a meeting and events destination in its own right. The Apartment is perfectly designed to meet the requirements of any event or conference, from company business meetings to banquets, social functions and weddings. It can even organise the outdoor catering to any destination in Dubai.
Please note that that visitors are not allowed to the apartments but they can meet in the lobby area and coffee shop which is open 24 hours.
Housekeeping services are provided every alternate day.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Pets are not allowed.
All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 185.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs AED 30.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 75.00 per 24 hours.
