**When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply**
When booking 7 or more rooms “Group Cancellation Policies” will be enforced. Groups of 7 rooms or more must cancel 45 days in advance May 1st through Oct 31,. November 1st through April 30th Groups must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Anything less that the 45 days or 30 days will result in a penalty of first nights payment being charged. Groups of 7 or more must submit credit card guarantee or payment of first nights deposit to confirm their reservation.
