The Central Hotel wishes to announce the refurbishment of 15 rooms from 29 October 2007 to 31 January 2008. The Central Hotel Dublin have taken great strides to ensure minimal disruption to our guests. There may be slight daytime noise, but nothing significant. Any queries, please contact the hotel.

The dining room offers an elegant, informal setting in which to enjoy cuisine that draws from fresh, local ingredients. There is an impressive wine list to compliment any meal. The restaurant is open from 12:30 till 21:00.
