The Spindles Health & Fitness Centre (access at an additional cost) is beautifully appointed and offers its own private lounge. It is the hotel's policy that all children aged between 2 and 16 should be accompanied by an adult when visiting Spindles. Spindles is open 07:00 until 22:00 (Monday to Friday), and from 08:00 until 19:00 (Saturday and Sunday). Accompanying children are welcome from 09:00 until 12:00, and from 14:00 until 17:00). The hotel has designated car parking spaces for guests with mobility problems. There is level access to the hotel reception, with lift access to all rooms. There are 6 designated accessible rooms, with roll-in showers available. Level access is possible to all 3 restaurants, with lounge service provided for drinks. Room service is also available. The hotel has 442 well-appointed air conditioned rooms with double rooms as standard, the majority of which host zip and link beds. Crompton’s Restaurant offers fine cuisine in elegant surroundings with the added comfort of its own intimate cocktail bar. Full à la carte and fixed price menus are available. The restaurant is open between 18:30 and 22:30 (Monday to Saturday). Jenny's Carvery Restaurant overlooks the old Jamaican sugar docks and offers magnificent views of Canary Wharf. This restaurant provides tasty, traditional food at affordable prices. The Big Britannia Breakfast, with its extensive selection of hot and cold dishes, ensures a super value start to the day. Alternatively, there is an on-site pizzeria, allowing you to experience the bustle and decor of an Italian Trattoria. Traditional Italian food and a range of snacks and sandwiches are served in more informal surroundings. The Conservatory Bar has floor-to-ceiling windows and a split-level bar to make the most of the waterside views. A wide range of drinks and snacks are available in this popular meeting point. By Car: From Tower Bridge: - Proceed through the Limehouse Link Tunnel and take the 1st exit (signposted Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs). - Turn right at the junction and continue on to Marsh Wall. From the M25: - Leave the M25 at junction 27. - Join the M11 south. - Continue to the end of the M11 and follow signs to the A406 (Docklands/Isle of Dogs) and connect with the A13. - Follow signs to the Isle of Dogs. The hotel sits to the south of Canary Wharf on Marsh Wall. By Rail: The hotel is situated 3 minutes' walk from the Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station. Alternatively, connections to Docklands Light Railway (DLR) can be taken from Bank and Tower Hill stations on the London Underground. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes' walk away from Heron Quays and South Quay stations. Important information
